Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2 November 2026
This policy explains how SENDHOP LTD (“SendHop”, “we”, “us”) handles personal data when you visit this website or contact us. We follow the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Who we are
The data controller is SENDHOP LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17546395, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), registration number ZC288129. Contact us about privacy at sendhop@mail.tab.bot.
What this website collects
This website has no forms, no accounts, no analytics and no advertising trackers, and it sets no cookies. The only personal data involved are:
- Technical data. Like every website, our hosting provider receives your IP address, browser type and the pages requested so it can deliver the site and keep it secure. We do not use this data to identify you or to build a profile of you.
- Emails you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and what you write.
The waitlist is a separate page with its own privacy notice, which you can read on the waitlist page before you join.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- To run and secure the website: our legitimate interests in providing a working, safe website.
- To reply to your email and keep a record of the conversation: our legitimate interests in answering enquiries, or steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract with us (for example if you want to become a partner shop or driver).
- To meet legal obligations, where the law requires us to keep or share information.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the website and our email, acting on our instructions, and with authorities where the law requires it. Some of these providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, we rely on safeguards recognised under UK law, such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.
How long we keep it
We keep emails for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, and in any case no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Hosting logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short period for security purposes.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to data portability where it applies. To use any of these rights, email sendhop@mail.tab.bot. We will reply within one month.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, phone 0303 123 1113.
The SendHop app
The SendHop app has not launched yet. It will have its own privacy policy, which will be available before anyone can create an account.
