Our story
Built for the high street, not against it.
Your local shops already have what you need. The people nearby are ready to work. What has been missing is one simple app that joins them up.
SendHop is a new UK company setting out to do exactly that: shops you know, drivers from your area, and the jobs that keep your day moving, from a parcel across town to a flat battery on a cold morning, all in one place.
We are starting small and opening area by area, so every new area gets the attention it needs. If you want SendHop where you live, tell us your postcode.

Is SendHop live yet?
Not yet. SendHop is getting ready to launch in the UK. The app is not in the App Store or Google Play yet. Join the waitlist and we will email you when it opens in your area.
Where will SendHop launch first?
In the UK. We plan to open area by area, and the waitlist helps us decide which areas open first, so adding your postcode district really counts.
What will I be able to do in the app?
Order from local shops near you, send a parcel with a local driver, book a car wash, and ask for roadside help: a jump start, a tyre change or fuel delivered to you.
Who delivers my order?
Local self-employed drivers who sign up through the app. SendHop is the platform that connects customers, shops and drivers. It is not the seller of shop products.
How will drivers be checked?
SendHop has not launched yet, so these checks are planned, not running. At launch, every driver will need to pass identity, right-to-work and driving-licence checks and show suitable insurance before their first job. People who come to your car for a wash or roadside help will also need a basic DBS check.
How will prices work?
You will see the full price before you book or order. Prices are not published yet because the app has not launched.
I run a local shop. How do I join?
Join the waitlist and choose “I own a local shop”, or email us. When your area opens, you list your own products in the app and decide what you sell.
I want to drive. How do I start?
Join the waitlist and choose “I want to drive”. When your area opens, we will invite you to sign up in the app and complete the checks.
